Ronald McDonald House: Yangsan provides accommodations for families of pediatric patients aged 18 and under who are receiving treatment at Pusan National University Yangsan Hospital. Admission is based on the patient's treatment schedule and room availability.

Our rooms are designed for families to stay together. Standard occupancy is 2 to 4 guests per room, with a maximum occupancy of 3 to 5 guests depending on the room type.

Yes. Families who have previously stayed at the House, or those referred by the hospital, may use the House facilities during the day without an overnight stay. Availability may vary depending on House operations, so please contact us in advance.

The House offers a variety of spaces to help families stay comfortably during their child's treatment. Facilities include a shared kitchen and dining area, laundry room, playroom, quiet room, and massage chair lounge. We also provide programs that support families' emotional well-being, including mental health services and volunteer-led activities.

Yes. Both registered users and non-registered donors can request a donation receipt.

For individual donors, a resident registration number must be provided once for the issuance of a donation receipt. For companies, the registered company information and contact person’s email address are used.

After logging in, registered users can view their donation history and donation receipt information linked to their account.

Yes. Non-registered donors can view their donation history and donation receipts after completing identity verification through PASS mobile authentication.

Yes. The status of your donation receipt request will be shown as Not Requested, Request Received, Registered with the National Tax Service, or Rejected.

Yes. Companies can also request donation receipts. For registered companies, the company information and contact person’s email address provided during account registration will be used. For non-registered companies, the information provided when making the donation will be used.

Yes. You can make both one-time and recurring donations without creating an account. Donations can be made by both individuals and companies.

For donations made in Korea, payment can be made by credit card or CMS direct debit.

Yes. You can choose the 5th, 15th, or 25th of each month as your recurring donation payment date.

Yes. You can change your recurring donation amount through My Page. You can also change your payment method between credit card and CMS direct debit.

You can cancel your recurring donation directly through My Page. Please note that account deletion and recurring donation cancellation are handled separately. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active recurring donation.

A confirmation email will be sent once your one-time donation has been completed or your recurring donation has been initially registered. The email will include the donation date, donation type, amount, and payment method. For recurring donations, your selected payment date will also be included.

Yes. International donors can make both one-time and recurring donations without creating an account or logging in. International donations are processed through Toss Payments and can be made by credit card.

If you wish to cancel a recurring donation made with a foreign card, you may request cancellation by email to Ronald McDonald House Korea. Your request will be processed after review by an administrator, and no further recurring payments will be made once the cancellation is completed. However, any payments already processed before cancellation will not be affected.
