Prohibition of Unauthorized Email Address Collection

Email addresses published on this website may not be collected without authorization through automated email collection programs or other technical means. Please be advised that any violation may result in criminal penalties under the applicable provisions of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Legal Basis: Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Prohibition on Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)

  1. No one may collect email addresses using automated email collection programs or other technical means from a website that expressly prohibits the collection of email addresses.
  2. No one may sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
  3. No one may use email addresses for the transmission of information while knowing that such email addresses were collected, sold, or distributed in violation of Paragraphs 1 and 2.
